DealHub Certified Partner: Implementor

Quotes that finance doesn't have to fix.

Panda RevOps sets up DealHub so pricing, discounts, approvals, contracts and renewals follow your rules on every deal. It runs inside the CRM your reps already use: HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

A sample quote. Every rule on it lives in DealHub, not in a rep's head.

DealHub connects natively to

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365

Where quoting goes wrong

Pricing rules end up in spreadsheets, inboxes and people's heads. Each team fixes its own piece, and nobody owns the path from quote to cash.

TodayOn DealHub, set up properly
Today

Pricing lives in a spreadsheet one person understands.

On DealHub

Price books and pricing rules live in DealHub, and sales ops can change them without a developer.

Today

Discounts get approved in Slack, or not at all.

On DealHub

Approval thresholds sit inside the quote. Every exception has an approver and a record.

Today

Reps build proposals by hand, so they take days.

On DealHub

Reps answer a short playbook and get a quote that is already within policy.

Today

The quote, the contract and the invoice don't match.

On DealHub

One deal record carries through from quote to signed contract to subscription, synced to your CRM.

Today

Renewals start from a blank page.

On DealHub

Active subscriptions live in DealHub, so amendments and renewals start from what the customer already has.

What we do

We work only on DealHub, from the first build to the day-to-day changes after it.

DealHub implementation

A full build: products, pricing, playbooks, approvals, templates and the CRM connection. We test it on your real deals before a rep sees it.

About implementation

Leaving Salesforce CPQ or spreadsheets

We audit what you have, keep the rules that still matter and drop the workarounds. Old and new run side by side until the totals match.

About migration

Contracts, DealRoom and billing

Carry the deal past the quote, with contract templates and redlines, a DealRoom for the buyer, e-signature, subscriptions and the handoff to billing.

About contracts and billing

Managed DealHub

Prices change and new products launch. We make the updates so your admin isn't the bottleneck, and review quote performance with you each quarter.

About managed DealHub

Most B2B pricing is one of about ten models

What makes yours different is the rules on top: who can discount and by how much, when finance has to look, what happens at renewal. That's where we spend our time.

Per seat

A price per user, per year.

Tiered

The first 100 units at one price, the next 400 at another.

Volume

Cross a threshold and every unit gets the lower price.

Usage-based

Billed on what the customer used last period.

Flat subscription

One price for the plan, whatever the usage.

Multi-year ramp

Seats or price step up in years two and three.

Bundles

A package priced below the sum of its parts.

One-time plus recurring

A setup fee, then a subscription.

Rate cards

Rates set by role, region or service level.

Project and milestone

A fixed fee, paid in stages as work lands.

On Salesforce CPQ?

Salesforce stopped selling CPQ to new customers in March 2025 and is putting new development into Revenue Cloud. Existing customers can keep using and renewing it, so nothing breaks tomorrow.

If your next renewal is when you decide what comes next, DealHub deserves a serious look. It connects natively to Salesforce, so reps keep quoting from the opportunity. We'll go through your price rules, product rules and approval logic, then show you what moves across as it is, what gets simpler and what you can retire.

Salesforce explains the change in its own end-of-sale FAQ.

How a project runs

  1. Map

We follow a few recent deals from first quote to first invoice and write down every pricing rule, discount habit and approval path, including the ones nobody documented.

  2. Design

Products, price books, playbooks and the approval matrix, agreed with sales, finance and legal before we build anything.

  3. Build and test

Configured in DealHub and connected to your CRM, and to your ERP where billing needs it. We test against deals you closed last quarter.

  4. Launch

Reps learn it on the deals they actually sell. Your admins learn to make changes themselves.

  5. Run

We stay on for price changes, new products and integration checks, or hand over with full documentation.
